Individual Counselling Session

Individual Counselling Sessions consist of one-to-one counselling sessions that are either conducted face-to-face or through telephonic conversations. Our chat assistants are also available for an individual's convenience.

Group Counselling Session

At Mindful Mesmerisms, Group Therapy consists of a confidential and non-judgemental space where an individual feels the sense of belongingness and empathy in their time of emotional distress. 

Body Positivity Therapy

Body positivity Therapy is guided by the understanding that feeling positive and accepting of your appearance can improve mental health, reduce the risk of eating disorders, and allow you to function at your best.

Relationship Counselling
 

Relationship counselling includes “skills work” to help you actually do something different, as well as helping you explore your feelings and thoughts with your partner. We also help people work through, overcome, and be better partners overall.

Child/Adolescent Counselling

Child and Adolescent Counselling focuses is on the child or adolescent and the parents/caregivers to help the child/adolescent cope with the challenges they face, learn new skills, adapt better to their challenges and grow through it to be more fully themselves.

COVID Counselling

We know how difficult it is to be isolated during a pandemic. Mindful Mesmerisms provides COVID counselling to help you cope with stress in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and those around you become more resilient. 

Workshops and Events

Mindful Mesmerisms conduct workshops and events, both independently as well as collaboratively with other organizations in the domain of mental health awareness, psychoeducation and expressive arts therapies. These events are conducted for children, adolescents and adults.
