Experiential Workshop: Exploring Self- Judgement

About the Series: Mindful Mesmerisms invites you to a series of Experiential Workshops in the form of free support group to enable positive and collaborative participation aiming at promoting a healthy mental awareness and addressing common concerns that act as barriers to our self-healing.

About the Workshop: Self-judgment is one of the major causes of fear, anger, anxiety and depression. Yet most people don't realize that these painful feelings are the result of their own thoughts, their own self-judgments. The aim of this workshop is to create a non-judgmental and safe space that promotes emotional well being among participants. 

Who can Attend: Anyone above the age of 18. 

About the Facilitator: Anubha Jain is currently pursuing her post-graduation in Applied Psychology. She has a keen interest in the field of academic research and clinical aspects of Psychology. Through her work, Anubha aims to promote the power of active and empathetic listening and vulnerability. She is dynamically involved with organizations working towards increasing affordable and accessible mental health services.

What do you Need for this Workshop: 

a. A private space with some space for movement.

b. A pen and paper for journaling.

c. Basic art supplies – Paper, some colors(crayons, sketch pens, water colors)
