Individual Counselling Sessions Can be done through prior appointments by connecting with us through email. Appointments can be made for Face to Face Counselling, Telephonic Counselling or Online Counselling, based on your convenience.

Supportive Counselling
​Supportive counselling is about being there for someone when life feels overwhelming. It offers a safe space where the person feels heard, understood, and less alone. The counsellor listens with empathy, helps the client express their feelings, and gently guides them through difficult moments—like dealing with stress, loss, or sudden changes. It's not about fixing everything at once, but about offering comfort and strength when it's most needed.

Insight Oriented Counselling
Insight-oriented counselling, on the other hand, is a deeper journey into understanding oneself. It helps individuals explore patterns, thoughts, and emotions that might be holding them back or causing distress. The focus is on building awareness, making sense of past experiences, and discovering new ways to cope or grow. This kind of counselling is especially helpful for those who want to understand the “why” behind their struggles and work towards lasting inner change.

Body positivity Therapy is guided by the understanding that feeling positive and accepting of your appearance can improve mental health, reduce the risk of eating disorders, and allow you to function at your best.

Relationship counselling includes “skills work” to help you actually do something different, as well as helping you explore your feelings and thoughts with your partner. We also help people work through, overcome, and be better partners overall.
Child and Adolescent Counselling
Child and Adolescent Counselling focuses is on the child or adolescent and the parents/ caregivers to help the child/ adolescent cope with the challenges they face, learn new skills, adapt better to their challenges and grow through it to be more fully themselves. We also offer career counselling.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals develop psychological flexibility and effectively handle difficult thoughts and feelings. It is rooted in the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) but incorporates mindfulness and acceptance techniques.
Film Therapy
Film Therapy is the use of commercial and non-commerical films for persoanl growth and therapeutic healing purposes. It involves the intentional selection and discussion of movies to explore and address emotional and psychological issues.
Trauma-Focused Approach
A trauma-focused approach helps individuals safely process and heal from distressing experiences. It emphasizes creating a supportive space, building coping skills, and gently exploring trauma at the client’s pace to restore a sense of safety and control.
