Individual Counselling Sessions

Individual Counselling Sessions Can be done through prior appointments by connecting with us through email. Appointments can be made for Face to Face Counselling, Telephonic Counselling or Online Counselling, based on your convenience.

Pro-Bono Counselling

We provide pro-bono counseling specifically for students to make mental health support more accessible to them since they are generally unable to afford it. It is an invaluable resource for those facing financial constraints or lacking adequate insurance coverage, ensuring that students still have the opportunity to receive professional help and support for their mental well-being.

Individual Counselling Sessions

An individual counseling session is a one-on-one therapeutic interaction between our therapist and an individual seeking support and guidance. It is a confidential space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and work towards personal growth, healing, and positive change. Each Individual Counselling session for working adults is PAID.
