About the Event
Having compassion for oneself is really no different than having compassion for others. Although, in these trying times where individuals find it easier to experience distress, anxiety and other negative emotions on a daily basis, we somewhere have forgotten to feel compassion. Mindful Mesmerisms presents a positive psychology experience and initiative about Self-Compassion.
About the Author: Jacinta Gomes is a Clinical Psychologist and Child Counsellor based in Madgaon, Goa. She has completed her Post Graduation in Clinical Psychology and enjoys working with children in clinical settings. She also follows the ideologies of Positive Psychology and stands affirm with concepts of Gratitude, Compassion and Positive Self-Esteem in her workplace as well as her personal life.
